Check your card type
Everyday is for one-time purchases, such as shopping. It does not support subscriptions or recurring payments. Choose Subscriptions for recurring payments or Campaigns for advertising. Check the selected card's listed mobile-wallet support before adding it.
Apple Pay
Choose a card that lists Apple Pay support. Open Apple Wallet, tap + and enter the details manually. Use your own name as shown on your Apple account, choose email verification and find the code in your email or Latest card OTP in ZexoCard.
If Apple Wallet setup fails, remove the incomplete card from Wallet and add it manually again using the exact name on your own Apple account. Try another compatible device you own if needed. This does not guarantee approval or close your ZexoCard card.
Google Pay
Choose a card that lists Google Pay support. Add it in Google Wallet and choose email verification. Complete setup, enable NFC and check that the card is ready to tap and pay. Availability depends on your device, country and merchant.
Use Google Pay with a compatible card and a supported merchant. Availability depends on Google Wallet, your device and merchant acceptance. Gambling, cash or ATM withdrawals, and money transfers are not supported.
Choose email verification
For ZexoCard wallet setup, choose Email when the verification options appear. Retrieve the code from your email or from your ZexoCard account: Notification bell → Show code, or My cards / Transactions → Latest card OTP. Use Refresh OTP if you are waiting for a newer code.
Email is the only verification method supported here. If only a phone number is offered, email verification is unavailable for that setup. The number is set by the issuer; neither you nor ZexoCard support can change it or receive its SMS code.
A contactless payment failed but no transaction appears
First refresh card activity to allow for reporting delays. If no authorization is recorded, the attempt may have stopped before reaching the card, at the wallet, terminal or merchant’s payment processor. This alone does not mean the card or country is blocked.
Check that NFC is on and Google Wallet says the card is ready for contactless payments; being the default card is not enough. Keep enough card balance for the purchase, fees and any temporary authorization hold. Some terminals use offline or no-PIN processing that may not work with this virtual card.
For a purchase you already intend to make, try another terminal or an online merchant that accepts the card. A slightly higher purchase amount may use a different verification flow, but approval is not guaranteed. Avoid repeated attempts; check for pending charges before trying again.

Use your card online
For one-time purchases, such as shopping. This card does not support subscriptions or recurring payments. Choose Subscriptions for those payments or Campaigns for advertising.
- Choose a merchant supported by your card product.
- Enter the card number, expiry date, security code and cardholder name shown in your account.
- Complete the payment verification if requested.
Before checkout
Check the available card balance and any applicable fees. Subscription and advertising cards can have merchant restrictions.
Find your card verification code
A card OTP verifies a card payment or digital-wallet setup. It is separate from your account sign-in code.
Email and customer panel
Check your email, or find the latest received card code in either place in your customer panel:
- Notification bell → Show code
- My cards or Transactions → Latest card OTP
If your email is delayed, choose Refresh OTP in the Latest card OTP panel to check for a newer code.
Use the code
- Start the payment or digital-wallet setup yourself.
- For ZexoCard wallet setup, choose Email when the verification options appear. Retrieve the code from your email or from your ZexoCard account: Notification bell → Show code, or My cards / Transactions → Latest card OTP. Use Refresh OTP if you are waiting for a newer code.
- Retrieve the code from your email or customer panel.
- Enter it only on the verification screen for that request.
The panel keeps the latest received code until a newer one arrives. A displayed code may have expired. Mark all read clears the unread badge; it does not remove the code.
Never share verification codes with anyone, including support.
Email is the only verification method supported here. If only a phone number is offered, email verification is unavailable for that setup. The number is set by the issuer; neither you nor ZexoCard support can change it or receive its SMS code.
Keep track of account activity
Open the notification bell in your account header for deposit and card activity updates.
Card verification codes
Alongside email delivery, your latest received card OTP is available through Notification bell → Show code and My cards or Transactions → Latest card OTP. Use Refresh OTP in that panel if you are waiting for a newer code.
Mark notifications as read
Choose Mark all read to clear the unread badge. Your latest code remains available; marking notifications as read does not delete it. A newer code becomes unread when it arrives.
A pending notification does not mean funds are available. Check the final transaction status and available balance before spending.
Start with the card you ordered
Open My cards and choose the card you plan to use. Review its intended uses and available balance. A card designed for advertising or subscriptions serves a different purpose from a mobile-wallet card.
Prepare a payment
Make sure the card load is complete before checkout. Enter the requested details carefully and confirm the merchant’s total and currency. If the payment asks for confirmation, follow that checkout prompt.
Follow the result
Keep your receipt and match it to card activity. Pending, completed and refunded entries describe different stages. Use the relevant guide below when a balance or merchant order does not match what you expected.
