Read costs by payment stage

Crypto card costs can arise when you send crypto, add funds to a card or make a purchase. Separating those steps makes the total easier to understand. A card issuance charge applies to a new card; it is not the same as a fee for reloading an existing card.

Use your account fee structure

The customer dashboard shows your fee structure. Your Free, Silver or Gold group determines the applicable account pricing; it is not a rolling 30-day spending tier. Review your current group and the figures shown in your account rather than applying a rate from someone else’s screenshot.

Plan a deposit without mixing fees

Use the calculator to estimate a card load, including a new card when needed. The final funding screen shows the amount and fees for that request. Network charges from the wallet sending crypto are separate from the amount you choose to load. Keep enough wallet funds to cover the recharge plus its displayed funding fee.
