Frequently asked questions
Do I need KYC to get a card?
No routine identity-document submission is required for standard card onboarding. Register with your email and choose an eligible card. Country restrictions apply.
What should I check before choosing a card?
Universal Visa is available for new orders: shopping, subscriptions, AI tools, advertising and cloud services, with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay on supported devices. Existing cards keep their original features and restrictions.
Are ZexoCard virtual cards reloadable?
Yes. You can add funds to an existing card from your ZexoCard wallet. Open Top up a card, select your card and enter the amount you want to load.
Why do I choose a network after selecting USDT or USDC?
A token can be available on more than one blockchain. The network in your sending wallet must match the network in your deposit instructions. Include any destination tag or memo shown.
When does a deposit become usable card balance?
A deposit can pass through confirmation and processing before it reaches your wallet. Loading a card is a separate action. Check the available card balance rather than relying only on a blockchain transaction hash.
Where can I check the cost of adding funds?
Use the fee calculator for an estimate, then review the final quote for your account and card. New-card issuance, funding fees and sending-network charges are separate items.
What are the spending limits for each card?
Each card supports up to $100,000 in a single transaction and $500,000 per calendar month. There is no separate daily spending cap. These limits apply per card, and your available card balance must cover the payment and any applicable fees.
How do I add my card to Apple Pay?
Use the Universal Visa card. Open Apple Wallet, tap + and enter the details manually. Use your own name as shown on your Apple account, choose email verification and find the code in your email or Latest card OTP in ZexoCard.
How do I set up Google Pay for contactless payments?
Add the Universal Visa card in Google Wallet and choose email verification. Complete setup, enable NFC and check that the card is ready to tap and pay. Availability depends on your device, country and merchant.
A contactless payment failed but no transaction appears
First refresh card activity to allow for reporting delays. If no authorization is recorded, the attempt may have stopped before reaching the card, at the wallet, terminal or merchant’s payment processor. This alone does not mean the card or country is blocked. Check that NFC is on and Google Wallet says the card is ready for contactless payments; being the default card is not enough. Keep enough card balance for the purchase, fees and any temporary authorization hold. Some terminals use offline or no-PIN processing that may not work with this virtual card.
Where can I find my card verification code (OTP)?
For ZexoCard wallet setup, choose Email when the verification options appear. Retrieve the code from your email or from your ZexoCard account: Notification bell → Show code, or My cards / Transactions → Latest card OTP. Use Refresh OTP if you are waiting for a newer code. Email is the only verification method supported here. If only a phone number is offered, email verification is unavailable for that setup. The number is set by the issuer; neither you nor ZexoCard support can change it or receive its SMS code.
Does a PIN replace my authenticator?
No. An enabled authenticator remains the login check. If you have no authenticator, your account PIN adds another check after your password. The PIN is also required to reveal full card details.
What information helps with a missing deposit?
Send support the deposit reference, token, network, transaction hash and approximate time. Do not send your password, PIN, full card number, CVV or OTP.
Can I send funds to another user or collect payments by link?
Those functions are not currently offered in this build. Use only the wallet and card actions available in your account.
What is a BIN checker?
A BIN checker looks up the first six or eight digits of a payment card number. It can identify the card network, issuing institution, issuing country and card type without needing the full card number.
Does a BIN match mean a payment will be approved?
No. A BIN describes a card range, not the outcome of a purchase. Available funds, card status, merchant rules and payment authentication can affect whether a transaction succeeds.
