ZexoCard respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we use, why we use it and how you can contact us about your data.

1. Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide your account, process payments and support you:

  • Account details: your email address, the name you provide and information used to sign in. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the account information needed to authenticate you.
  • Funding and payment activity: deposit references, cryptocurrency transaction details, amounts, dates, payment statuses and card transaction information, including merchant details when available.
  • Technical information: IP addresses, browser and device information, session details and account activity used to protect the service.
  • Support correspondence: messages and other information you choose to send us.

Our standard no-KYC registration does not ask you to upload a government identity document. No-KYC registration does not mean that your account contains no personal information: an email address and identifiable account activity can be personal data.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Operate your account
  • Process funding and card activity
  • Answer support requests
  • Communicate important account updates
  • Protect accounts and investigate suspected misuse
  • Resolve payment issues
  • Meet applicable legal obligations

Where you allow optional analytics, we use it to understand website usage and improve the experience. We do not sell personal information or provide it to other businesses for their independent marketing.

3. Keeping information secure

We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect account information and restrict access to people and services that need it. You can help protect your account by keeping your login credentials and verification codes private and reporting suspicious activity promptly.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us through the Help Centre.

4. When information is shared

Information may be shared with organisations involved in delivering account, card, payment, hosting, communication and support services, to the extent needed for those services.

We may also disclose information where necessary to:

  • Meet an applicable legal requirement or valid legal process
  • Investigate fraud
  • Address a security incident
  • Resolve a dispute
  • Protect the rights and safety of our customers and service

5. International processing

The organisations involved in providing the service may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy laws and protections can differ between countries. You can contact us with questions about how your information is handled.

6. Retention and account closure

We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, supporting customers, resolving disputes and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Closing an account disables access but does not necessarily erase every record immediately. Some payment, account-security and support records may need to be retained after closure. Contact us to request deletion or ask about the records associated with your account.

7. Your privacy choices

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate details
  • Request deletion
  • Obtain a copy of certain records
  • Object to or restrict particular uses of your information

Contact us to make a request. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the account holder before releasing information or changing account data. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or the need to protect other people’s information.

You can change your optional analytics preference through Cookie preferences on the website. Essential account and security messages may still be sent when needed to operate your account.

8. Cookies and optional analytics

Essential cookies support sign-in, session management, security and other functions needed to use the website.

If you choose to allow analytics, Google Analytics may be used to measure website activity. Optional analytics is enabled only after consent. You can withdraw that choice through Cookie preferences; declining analytics does not prevent you from using your account.

9. Updates to this policy

We may revise this policy when our services, practices or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for relevant changes.
