1. Agreement and age requirement

These Terms govern your use of ZexoCard. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. What ZexoCard offers

ZexoCard provides access to:

  • Prepaid virtual cards
  • Cryptocurrency funding
  • Card and balance management
  • Transaction history
  • Customer support

Cards are funded before spending; they do not provide a loan or a line of credit.

Available features, supported assets, card products and limits may change. We may change, pause or discontinue a service when necessary. Where required, we will provide notice of changes that affect you.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Keeping your login credentials and verification codes private
  • Reporting suspected unauthorised access promptly
  • Checking the instructions you submit
  • Taking reasonable steps to protect your account

You must ensure that using ZexoCard is lawful where you are located, observe applicable cryptocurrency rules and meet your own tax and reporting obligations. We do not provide legal or tax advice.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use ZexoCard for:

  • Unlawful purchases or transactions
  • Fraud, scams or deceptive practices
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Attempts to evade sanctions
  • Unauthorised use of another person’s information
  • Illegal gambling
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Deliberately misleading payment instructions

We may restrict access or transactions when investigating misuse or responding to a legal requirement. Any handling of remaining funds will be subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the account; a restriction does not automatically mean that your funds are forfeited.

5. Fees and account groups

Review the fees displayed in your account and on the relevant order or funding screen before confirming a request. Card issuance, card top-ups, conversion and card payment charges are separate items. Blockchain network fees may also apply.

Your Free, Silver or Gold account group determines the pricing available to you. Rates are not calculated using a rolling 30-day card-spending programme. Current charges are shown in your account fee structure and on our pricing page.

We may update fees. Changes will be communicated where required and reflected in the applicable pricing information. A funding estimate does not include every possible charge associated with later card use.

6. Deposits and card funding

Follow the token, network, address, amount and expiry instructions displayed for each deposit. Include any required memo or destination tag. A transfer sent with incorrect details may be delayed, returned or unrecoverable.

Pending or unconfirmed transfers are not available to spend. Card funding is subject to the minimum amounts and limits shown for the selected product. Do not reuse an address where the instructions identify it as single-use.

7. Card payments and refunds

Use each card for its supported purposes. A merchant’s acceptance of a card network does not guarantee that every payment will be approved. Payments may be declined, delayed or subject to an authorisation hold.

For a problem with goods, services or a subscription, contact the merchant first. Removing a card does not itself cancel a merchant agreement. Contact ZexoCard support for assistance with card activity or a disputed transaction and keep relevant receipts and references.

Refund eligibility, processing times and any applicable charges depend on the transaction and the rules that apply to it. Cryptocurrency transfers cannot always be reversed.

8. Account restrictions and closure

We may suspend or close an account because of:

  • A breach of these Terms
  • Suspected fraud
  • A security concern
  • A legal requirement

Contact support if you want to close your account or ask about a restriction.

Outstanding transactions, fees, disputes and legal requirements may affect the handling of a remaining balance. Closing access does not necessarily delete records that must be retained, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Taxes and records

You are responsible for determining, reporting and paying taxes arising from your use of cryptocurrency and card services. Maintain the records needed for your circumstances. Transaction history supplied by ZexoCard is information about account activity, not tax advice or a completed tax return.

10. Service risks and interruptions

Risks that may affect your use of the service include:

  • Changes in cryptocurrency values
  • Blockchain congestion and transfer delays
  • Technical problems
  • Payment-network decisions
  • Changes in applicable rules or service availability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or approval of every transaction. Events beyond our reasonable control may delay or prevent service, including network failures, government action, natural disasters and disruption affecting organisations involved in processing payments.

11. Liability and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, suitability for every purpose or acceptance by every merchant. We are not responsible for market losses caused solely by cryptocurrency price changes or for a merchant’s failure to supply goods or services.

Any limitation of responsibility applies only where the law permits it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes consumer rights that apply to you.

12. Questions and disputes

Contact support with a description of the issue and any relevant transaction reference so we can investigate. Rights, remedies and the appropriate forum for a dispute remain subject to applicable law. These Terms do not require you to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. We will give additional notice of material changes where required. If you disagree with revised Terms, stop using the service and contact support about account closure and any remaining balance.

14. Remaining provisions

If a provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Any necessary adjustment should be limited to resolving that provision’s enforceability.
