Use the BTC route shown in your account
Start in Add money to wallet and select an available Bitcoin deposit option. Copy the generated address carefully and read its minimum and expiry. Do not assume that Lightning invoices, wrapped Bitcoin or BTC on another network are compatible with instructions for a Bitcoin transfer.
Check the recipient amount at your sending service. Some services add a withdrawal charge; others subtract it from the amount entered. The amount delivered to the deposit address matters when comparing it with the displayed minimum.
Broadcasting is not the final wallet credit
A transaction hash identifies a broadcast transfer. Confirmation and processing can take additional time before the deposit completes in your account. Save the hash and deposit reference instead of sending again when a payment remains pending.
Use these instructions for one payment. Do not reuse the address for another transfer. If the instructions have expired, generate fresh ones before arranging another payment.
Reconcile Bitcoin sent with dollars credited
BTC and USD are different units, and Bitcoin's price can change. Network and conversion costs also apply. The final credited amount in the completed deposit record is the figure to use when deciding how much wallet funding is available for your card.
Buying a card or adding funds to an existing card is a separate action after wallet credit. Confirm the chosen card, funding amount and fees. Keep the original BTC transfer record for your own records; merchant purchases later appear as card transactions rather than new Bitcoin transfers.

Frequently asked questions
Is a broadcast Bitcoin transfer already wallet credit?
Not necessarily. Follow the deposit status until confirmation and processing produce the completed credit.
