Match USDT to the selected network
USDT is available on multiple networks. The token name alone is not enough to identify a compatible transfer. In Add money to wallet, choose a currently available USDT route, then select that same network in the wallet or exchange sending your payment. Follow any address and memo instructions exactly.
Check the amount that will reach the address
Read the live minimum in your generated deposit instructions. If an exchange deducts its withdrawal charge from the amount you enter, the amount arriving can be smaller. An exchange withdrawal charge and costs deducted before wallet credit are separate parts of the transfer.
Use the expiry displayed for that address. Use these instructions for one payment. Do not reuse the address for another transfer. Keep the transaction hash so support can identify a delayed payment. Do not send a second payment merely because the first is still confirming.
Move credited funds to the card you choose
The crypto amount sent is not a guaranteed dollar amount credited. Network and conversion costs apply; your completed deposit record shows the credited result. Once the funds appear in your ZexoCard wallet, choose a new card or top up an existing one. Review the card funding amount and applicable fees before confirming.
A deposit funds your wallet; it does not automatically put that amount on every card you own. Select the intended card when reloading, and check its name and last four digits.
