Select the card you want to reload
A reloadable virtual card lets you add spending funds to an existing card instead of buying a new one each time. Open Top up a card in the customer panel and select the intended card. Check its name, last four digits and current balance, especially when you have multiple cards with similar names.
Choose how to pay for the top-up
To use your ZexoCard wallet, make sure the available balance covers the card funding amount and applicable fees. A pending crypto deposit is not yet available wallet credit, and funds held on another card are not the same as wallet funds.
If Pay from your crypto wallet is available in your account, you can review the supported direct-payment options for that top-up. Follow the quote for the full crypto payment shown. Do not subtract your existing ZexoCard wallet balance from a direct-payment quote or send a different amount.
Review the minimum and funding fee
An existing-card recharge can have a different minimum from a new-card order. Use the current minimum shown in the top-up form. The amount loaded onto the card and the total charged are separate figures: the total includes the applicable funding fee.
If you first deposit crypto into your ZexoCard wallet, network and conversion costs can affect the credited amount. Check the completed wallet credit before funding the card. For direct crypto payment, review the exact payment instructions and any network fee shown by your sending wallet before approval.
Confirm once and follow the result
Submit the recharge once, then follow its status in your account. An accepted request is not the same as completed funding. Check the selected card's updated balance before spending the new funds.
If a request remains pending or uncertain, keep its reference and check its status before trying again. Sending a second payment does not speed up the first. For crypto instructions, use the displayed expiry and use each generated address for only the payment it was created for.

Can I top up a virtual card with crypto?
Yes. Deposit a supported token into your ZexoCard wallet and use the credited funds, or choose an available direct crypto top-up option. Follow the instructions for the route you selected.
Does a top-up change my card type?
No. Adding balance does not change the card's supported merchants or mobile-wallet compatibility.
Can I load one card using another card's balance?
Use the funding options actually shown in your account. Funds on a different card are not automatically combined with the balance of the card you are reloading.
