Open your account login settings
Sign in and use the Security & 2FA area in the customer panel to view the options available for your account. Follow the on-screen setup steps for the option you choose.
Keep login and payment prompts separate
A sign-in prompt helps you enter your account. A payment prompt relates to a merchant checkout. Follow the instructions for the action you are completing instead of treating every code or prompt as the same step.
If you cannot sign in
Use the recovery option presented on the login page. If that does not resolve access, open the Help Centre and explain the step you reached. Creating another card account is not a substitute for recovering the existing one.
