What no-KYC registration means
Standard ZexoCard registration uses your email rather than a routine identity-document upload. This describes the signup process; it does not make your account or payments anonymous. Account activity and public blockchain records still exist, and eligibility and country restrictions apply.
Create and secure your account
Register with your email and complete email verification. Use a strong, unique password if you sign in with a password. Enable an authenticator for stronger sign-in protection and set up your account PIN before viewing sensitive card details.
Your PIN and authenticator have different purposes. Follow the security instructions in your customer panel, and never send either code to someone offering to help with your account.
Prepare your first card order
Choose a card for the merchants you intend to pay. The card comparison explains the available products and their supported uses. Your card name is only a label for your records; renaming a card does not change its product type.
Review the current minimum card balance and fees in the order form. For an explanation of deposits and the difference between wallet and card balances, read how crypto funding works.
Access your card safely
An order being processed is not yet a card ready to spend. Follow its status until the card appears in My cards. Use the protected customer panel to view and copy card details after completing the required security check.
Do not include your full card number, expiry date or CVV in emails or support messages. Check the selected card's name and last four digits before reviewing its activity or adding funds.
Frequently asked questions
Does no-KYC registration guarantee payment acceptance?
No. Registration and merchant acceptance are separate. A payment depends on the card's supported uses, available funds and the merchant's requirements.
Does changing my card name change its type?
No. The name helps you recognize the card; the selected product determines its intended uses.
