Check whether XRP is available
Use XRP only when the token and network are offered in your wallet. Generate the instructions for that selection and check every required field. A previous XRP address is not a substitute for the current request.
Include a tag when required
A destination tag can identify the intended recipient at a shared XRP Ledger address. If the instructions show a tag, enter it exactly in the sending wallet as well as the address. A missing or wrong tag can prevent the transfer from being matched correctly.
Track the deposit before loading
Keep the transfer reference and follow the deposit status. If the funds do not appear after processing, contact support with the address, tag, amount and transaction reference. Load the card only after wallet funds are available.
Frequently asked questions
Does every XRP address need a destination tag?
No. Follow the receiving instructions; include a tag whenever they require one.
